We visited the art gallery . Very nice native American art. Bought several postcards and very old sleigh bells. Darrell may God bless you buffalo buddy !
Ended up not staying here. If you do, make sure you bring accommodations (bedding, air mattress). The tipis are very authentic and nice. However, it is in the middle of a field with rodents and other animals burrowing and walking around. Staff was nice and friendly. Just after 2 days of constant driving wasn't prepared for staying there.
it is a nice place with nice tipi tent, have a wonderful night without issues and the night after lot of wind, many animals around my tent and very cold.. if you want to do the fire inside take care to dont breathe too much smoke. there is also a restroom for man and woman very clean
Small, but excellent if you can get a reservation. Sleep in a "tipi" under the stars near a national park. What could be better? Fun for kids. Close up your food, squirrels come inside.
I am sitting on the porch and enjoying a stunning view. The prairie, the lake, the Rocky Mountains. If you want to try something different and connect with the nature, this is the place. You 'll sleep in a tepee but still having all the amenities: very clean showers, a great room where you can just sit and enjoy the time , a kitchen with a coffee machine, a mini fridge, tables where you can cook and eat, free wifi, and great hosts. Plus two lovely and very friendly cats. The art gallery is great, a lot of beautiful native Indian objects, books and magazines to read. We travel and camp a lot, but this place is the best I've ever camped.
