My alternator failed while on a trip to Glacier Park and I was stranded with a totally dead battery. I found a local guy who could charge my battery a little - but that did not solve the actual problem. I had tools with me to handle the replacement. One of the employees at this NAPA brought me the new alternator after he got off work and took my core. As a result, I got my alternator problem resolved, did not have to return the old core, and - most of all, was able to get my car working which meant I was not stranded in the middle of nowhere on a drizzly, snowy night!!! I'd give 10 stars if I could.
