Very pricey / but nice

The room was great but the customer service was horrible.

Distances are to be noted in this part of the country. it is around 100 miles to a town of any size to it. Canadian points are over 100 miles as well. I would recommend this to a friend.

This is no longer "Holiday Inn," but rather Glacier Peaks Casino and Hotel. The rooms are still of high quality and reflective of the nature you would get at the Holiday Inn. Staff are relatively nice. The building is a little dated- paint is off the side; guest dryer does not really work, but the fitness room had a nice variety of options. Breakfast was fairly expansive with the usual options of bagels, toast, scrambled eggs, yogurt, bacon, but also offering breakfast burritos, omelets, and make it yourself oatmeal. The cleaning staff starts very early in the morning which is a con- while we were at breakfast they started cleaning our room, and accidentally threw away some snacks we were planning on taking hiking. Otherwise, no real complaints about the hotel. The town is very small- pretty much only 2 dining options- subway and taco john's. However, the hotel does sell some basic frozen and snack foods- there are microwaves and fridges in each room. This is a good option for hikers going to Glacier in the off season.

Comfortable, clean, updated rooms with fantastic views. I had a large shower and the staff was great. I wish the restaurant had more options and a bar, but the food is good.

I'm giving this a good solid 4. the reasons: quick and easy check in. clean comfortable rooms that has everything working. friendly helpful staff. quiet and safe. there is a restaurant located in the complex which serves local beef so there is no worry there. a casino is attached in a climate controlled walk in. what we saw in this venue was devices that look act and sound like slot machines. these are actually electronic bingo machines. these machines in some fashion form and show bingo patterns with every spin. there is no full blown Vegas style gambling here. I also saw it nearly full with mostly locals playing.
