Probably the best Visitor Center in GNP. So, arrive early .... parking is challenging. Inside are expositions on local plants and animals and very friendly and helpful stuff. Plenty of restrooms.Mis importantly there are several great trails that beginning here.
Arrive early, Parking lot fills up fast. We had to wait over an hour for a spot at 9 in the morning. It was worth the wait. The trail to hidden lake was amazing, You get to see Mountain goats and some amazing views. The trail has some elevation to it but it was worth it. This is a very popular spot for a reason, simply breathtaking views. The gift store that sells shirts can only be found here. Do not wait to buy your shirt at another place, they only sell them here.
The sights here to see are amazing. And after having to nervously ride with someone else driving through the sharp turns and high drop offs, this is a nice place to stop, relax and sight-see for a bit
Centrally located visitor centre for the St. Mary part of CNP. Very nice from the inside with the obvious information and gifts. Also staring point of the Highline and Hidden Lake hike
Decent visitor center, but get here REALLY early. The parking lot fills up and cars drive around and round for hours. Literally. Some great hikes start here.
